End of Year Reports – Quick Guide

Please follow the steps below to complete your EOY reports. If you notice any issues or have suggestions, please share your feedback.

Getting Started

  1. Log in using your email address
  2. Click on your class tab in the top menu – class pages are password protected for added security.
  3. Select a pupil by clicking “Details”
  4. Click “Edit Report”

Completing the Report

The following fields are already completed and do not need editing:

  • Admission Number
  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Class
  • Teacher
  • Attendance

Required Fields

You must complete these before saving:

  • SEND Register → Select Yes or No
  • Status → Update every time you edit:
    • Draft – still working
    • Ready for Approval – finished

Saving

  • Click Save regularly
  • You can return and edit reports at any time until approval
  • To go back to the full list, please use back button or the top menu.

Quick Checklist

  • Open pupil via Details
  • Click Edit Report
  • Complete all sections
  • Select SEND Register
  • Set Status
  • Click Save/Submit
